The VELKOOR RS-A01 is a city electric bike with 27.5" x 1.95" tyres. Full-length mudguards and a rear rack. Built for road commuting.
250 W nominal brushless hub motor. Assistance is limited to 25 km/h and cuts out above that speed. No throttle is fitted. The bike is supplied as a pedal-assist electric bicycle, compliant with EN 15194 and UK EAPC rules.
Removable 36V 15Ah lithium-ion battery (540Wh). It charges on or off the frame. Stated range: up to 60 km. Range is stated under test conditions: 75 kg rider, flat terrain, moderate pedal assist, tyres at the recommended pressure, 20 °C, no headwind. Your real-world range will differ with rider weight, gradient, temperature, tyre pressure and assist level.
Free delivery to mainland UK. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the bike leaves the warehouse.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason.
Email contact@velkoor.com to receive your RMA number and the UK return address. The bike must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories. Return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days of receiving the goods.
