Welcome to VELKOOR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website velkoor.com and any purchase you make from it. Please read them carefully. By accessing, browsing or placing an order on velkoor.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The address above is our administrative address. It is not a returns address. Returns must be handled through the procedure set out in our Refund Policy.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
Your use of the website and the placing of any order constitute your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy, which together form the agreement between you and us. We recommend that you save or print a copy for your records.
3. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are intended for consumers in the United Kingdom.
4. Our products
VELKOOR sells fat tyre electric bikes and related accessories. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their dimensions, materials and specifications. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product images are illustrative; please rely on the written specifications on each product page.
Electric bikes, assembly and safe use
Our electric bikes are supplied with assembly and user instructions. Please carry out any final assembly exactly as described, check that all fixings, brakes and the battery are correctly secured before first use, and charge the battery only with the charger supplied. Please retain the instructions supplied with the product. Incorrect assembly, modification or use may affect your safety and may affect any claim you make. You are responsible for using the product in accordance with the road traffic and electric bicycle rules applicable where you ride.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are the final price payable. VAT is not applicable to your order. Shipping is free within mainland UK, so the price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay, with no additional charges on delivery.
We take care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
6. Orders and order acceptance
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. In such cases we will refund any amount already paid in full.
7. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna. Payment is processed securely; we do not store your full card details. Full details are set out in our Payment Policy.
8. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched by UPS with a handling time of 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and a transit time of 3 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday), for a total estimated delivery of 4 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday). 9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days in accordance with our Refund Policy and with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days of us receiving the goods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full procedure, eligibility and exclusions.
10. Your statutory rights (legal guarantee)
VELKOOR does not offer an additional commercial warranty. Your products are covered by the legal guarantee provided to consumers by law, which we honour in full.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:
- you may reject the goods and obtain a full refund within 30 days of delivery;
- after 30 days and within the first six months, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement, and if that is not possible or does not resolve the fault, to a refund;
- after six months, you may still be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a reduction in price where you can show the fault was present at the time of delivery.
Where a refund is made after the first six months, or after the goods have been used, a proportionate deduction may be applied to reflect the use you have had of them, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
The legal guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear (including battery capacity that reduces gradually with normal charging cycles, tyres, brake pads and other consumable parts), damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or incorrect assembly, damage caused by failure to follow the supplied instructions, or products modified or repaired by anyone other than us or our authorised partner.
11. Intellectual property
All content on velkoor.com, including text, product descriptions, logos, graphics, images and the overall design, is the property of VELKOOR (Silavann-john LIM) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the website without our prior written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
13. Termination and account use
We may suspend or restrict your access to the website if you breach these Terms, misuse the website, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. This does not affect any order already accepted, which will continue to be governed by these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. The current version is always published on velkoor.com with its "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will notify customers by a notice on the website or by email. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you place it.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to consumer contracts in the United Kingdom, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us first at contact@velkoor.com so we can try to put things right. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can obtain free, independent advice on your consumer rights from the Citizens Advice consumer service.
